Show jumping with WBRC

A very early start on Saturday morning allowed Diane to plait up Hugo ready for a 9.30 first round at the Southern Area Team Qualifiers just north of High Wycombe. Uncharacteristically Hugo collected a time fault in his first round but was clear in the second. The two WBRC teams went on to clear up first and second places and qualified for the Team Championships later in the year.









Both Boo and I were then in the London and South East Qualifiers in the afternoon. Boo's team fantastically picked up first place without needing Hugo's jump-off skills, the only dissapointment of the day, if you can call it that! For Bea's first outing we only collected a silly fault in each round and the team made it into 5th place, also qualifying for the area championships in the Autumn. So a great day out with three rossettes for our troubles.
